    What do I do if I cannot open LightLogger's Admin Panel?

    The LightLogger Keylogger Admin Panel may not open in two different situations:

    1. If your hot key combination (Ctrl + Shift + Alt + L by default) does not open the LightLogger Admin Panel, and you see no error message, and LightLogger is installed on your computer, you can open the Panel by following these steps:

      1. Click the Windows start button. The Windows start menu opens.
      2. Click Run.... The Run dialog box opens.
      3. In the Open field, type this command:%ProgramFiles%\HeavenWard\LightLogger\ladmin.exe
      4. Click OK. The LightLogger Admin Panel opens.

    2. The LightLogger Admin Panel may not open in another situation. In this situation, when you attempt to open the Admin Panel, this message is displayed:

      LightLogger Keylogger No Administrator Rights

      The message indicates that you must be logged on to your computer as a user with administrator rights in order to open the Admin Panel. see What are the system requirements for LightLogger?
