    How do I use the Support feature in the Help tab?

    You can use LightLogger Keylogger's Support feature on the Help tab to send a question about LightLogger to HeavenWard Support. Follow these steps:

    1. Make sure your computer is connected to the internet.
    2. Open the LightLogger Admin Panel. (see How do I open and close the LightLogger Admin Panel?) By default, the Admin Panel opens with the Log Viewer tab displayed.
    3. Click the Help tab. The Help tab opens:

    4. Click Support. The Support dialog box opens:

    5. In the Email field, type your email address.
    6. In the text area below the Email field, type your question.
    7. Click Send.
    8. The LightLogger Admin Panel dialog box opens displaying the message "The request was sent successfully.":
